These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Nellis Liquidation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your access to and use of our website and services.

You may browse our site without creating an account, but placing an order requires account registration. When you create an account, you agree to:

Nellis Liquidation sells liquidated, overstock, and returned merchandise sourced from major US retailers and brands. Product listings on our site are provided for informational purposes and are subject to the following conditions:

• Product descriptions, images, and conditions are provided in good faith but may not be perfect.
• Open-box and as-is items are sold in the condition described; please review all listing details carefully.
• We do not guarantee that product listings are error-free, complete, or current.
• We reserve the right to correct errors in listings and cancel any resulting orders.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We strive for pricing accuracy but reserve the right to:

• Correct pricing errors at any time, including after an order is placed
• Cancel orders placed at an incorrect price and issue a full refund
• Adjust prices based on inventory levels, promotions, and market conditions

Promotional pricing and discounts are time-limited and may expire without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Stripe, a secure third-party payment processor. By placing an order, you:

• Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount
• Confirm that you are the authorized user of the payment method provided
• Agree that your order constitutes an offer to purchase subject to our acceptance

Order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders are shipped via UPS to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or services to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or misrepresent your identity
• Purchase products for resale without our express written permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site or systems
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive content

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. We will indicate the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
