1Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery as confirmed by UPS tracking. The 30-day window begins on the date the carrier marks your package as delivered. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.
2Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and components)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Not in the non-returnable categories listed below
3Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Clearance items: All sales on clearance-tagged products are final.
- Open-box / as-is items: Products listed as open-box or sold as-is are sold in their described condition and cannot be returned.
- Hazardous materials: Items classified as hazardous for shipping purposes.
- Consumables: Food, health products, or perishables once opened.
- Gift cards: Digital and physical gift cards are non-refundable.
4How to Initiate a Return
Follow these steps to start your return:
- 1Contact Support
Email support@nellisliquidation.com with your order number and reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged.
- 2Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days.
- 3Pack the Item
Securely pack the item in its original packaging. Include all accessories and documentation. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- 4Ship the Item
Ship your return using a trackable carrier to the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend UPS or USPS with delivery confirmation.
- 5Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe. Please note:
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 2-5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Partial refunds may be issued for items returned in a condition less than original.
6Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Do not discard any packaging.
We will arrange for an immediate replacement or full refund at our discretion. In these cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and cover all return costs. Photo documentation of the damage is required.
